Within 2 business days of placing your order our design team will contact you via phone to personally confirm the design details of your order. Once the design is confirmed a confirmation email will be sent as final confirmation. Since all of the custom creations are 1 of a kind they must be paid in full prior to production and completion. There are also no refunds or returns.
